Ben St Lawrence Interview - Virtual Cross Country

We are proud and delighted to present a video of national record-holder and dual Olympian Ben St Lawrence made especially for the community of Neutral Bay Public School.

Ben is an Australian long-distance runner who specialises in the 5000 and 10 000 metres. He's the former Australian and Oceanian record holder in the 10 000 metres, two-time winner of the City to Surf (2018 and 2010), competed in the 2012 Olympic Games in London and qualified for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. 

In this video, Ben discusses his lifelong love of cross country, talks about the mental and physical benefits of running and shares his tips for students competing in our virtual cross country competition.

We hope this helps to inspire our students to prioritise good health and a balanced lifestyle. We would like to thank Ben St Lawrence for agreeing to make this video for the families and students of Neutral Bay Public School.
