Outside of school hours care (OOSH)

Our school has an on-site outside of school hours care (OOSH) service. This service operates before and after school. We also provide care during school holidays and school development days. This is known as vacation care.

At our OOSH, we focus on supporting each child's growth and wellbeing. We do this through fun programs that encourage curiosity and a love for learning.

Before and after school care

Neutral Bay OOSH provides before and after school care to families of Neutral Bay Public School. They create fun and educational activities for your children to encourage problem-solving, self-confidence and creative thinking.

The programs are thoughtfully planned to inspire and challenge, enhancing many of the skills your child learns at school, along with their life skills.

At Before School Care, they ensure kids get ready to learn throughout the long day at school by serving nutritious breakfast and providing a range of engaging activities such as reading, colouring, crafts and active play.

Once the school day is done, they offer children a nutritious afternoon tea and a range of creative and recreational activities where they can improve their social skills and build their confidence. At Neutral Bay OOSH, they offer academic support to encourage children to work on their homework and external providers to facilitate coaching and specialised skills.

Hours

• Monday-Friday, 7:30-9:00 AM and 3:10-6:00 PM (during school term only).

Vacation care

Neutral Bay OOSH offers a safe, supervised and fun place for children aged 5-12 years. The Vacation Care programs are designed to incorporate a wide variety of activities including excursions and educational experiences that assist with children's physical, emotional and creative development. the programs are different every school holiday period in order to provide the best service for children.

New Kindergarten students can attend vacation care from January and Year 6 students can attend vacation care until the last day of service in December.
