How to enrol

Please note, we are unable to process your enrolment unless all documents have been received by the school. For Kindergarten enrolments 2022, you must also book an enrolment interview.


Apply online. If you are an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident, you are eligible to complete the online enrolment application.

Kindergarten 2022 Enrolments

To book an interview, please go to https://www.schoolinterviews.com.au/code?code=4tctp. If promted, enter the code 4tctp.

1. Enter your details
2. Select the appointment time that suits you best. 
3. Interviews will be available via phone and in person at the school office. Please write your preference in the box provided on the booking page.
4. Please email all your documents before your interview time, as this is what we will be discussing.

You will receive confirmation by email. Please make a note of the time, as reminders can not be sent.

 

Documents Required

Please email the following forms prior to your phone interview.

1.    The application to enrol form - as above 

2.    Parent Volunteer form - for all parents who want to help out in reading groups, canteen or any other school related volunteering   

3.    Child Information Form - Kindergarten children ONLY

4.    Child's birth certificate and/or Australian passport, and Australian citizenship documents (if applicable)

5.    Immunisation history statement from the Australian Immunisation Register from Medicare.

6.    Any family law or other relevant court orders, if applicable.   

7.    If your child has health, disability or other support needs, you will need to provide copies of medical/healthcare or emergency action plans and/or evidence of any disability and learning and support plans.

8.    Proof of child's address This can be found on the second page of the Kindergarten and Year 1-6 Enrolment Checklists.

Once you have completed an application form, please book an interview with our enrolment officer. Due to the current COVID situation, interviews will be available in person at the school office, and over the phone.

Our school can help with enrolment queries throughout the year.

Apply online. If you are an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident you are eligible to complete the online enrolment application. You will then need to finalise the application at the school.

If you are not eligible or prefer not to enrol online, use the application to enrol (PDF 768.4KB) form. Please complete the form in English. A translated application to enrol may help you do this.

Out-of-area enrolments

If your child does not live within our intake area, visit out-of-area enrolment. Out-of-area enrolment procedures are subject to the department’s enrolment policy.

If you have received an offer for an out-of-area placement, visit the online enrolment sign in page to accept or decline the offer.

Temporary visas and international students

The Temporary Residents Program has information about eligibility and the forms to complete an application.

Distance education

Distance education is an equity program for students who are geographically isolated or whose individual circumstances prevent them from regularly attending school. Students must meet one of the conditions in the Distance Education Enrolment Procedures to be eligible to access this program as a full-time student.
